Summary:
It is not very long, but the hills make it a greuling if you push yourself. Probably the most convenient to downtown and FSU. I live close and find it very useful for training. It also has pushup/pullup/and stretching stations along the trails if you want to make it a total-body workout.

Recommended Route:
Enter on San Luis and then just ride around. It is a small park, you'll figure it out

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Redbug/Phipps
Fern/Magnolia/Cadillac/Alford(in that order)
