Summary:
My favorite local trail, simply because i live 5 minutes away on bicycle. I really enjoy riding these trails, they offer a lot of fun sections with really good flow. Beginner to advanced sections, very well marked, the people that maintain it are really cool guys i see them working on it all the time. The trail has a lot of carpeted sections which i think is great because the dirt in south florida is very sandy and the chances of wiping out in a tight turn are very likely. The trail gets flipped for three months twice a year, i like the trail reversed its growing on me but i like its original direction better. It truly flows well and maintaining good speed is less challenging. I definitely recommend these trails to anyone visiting south florida. Bike rentals are available on weekends. Happy riding.

Summary:
This is the best trail in SE Florida. Lots of fun and fast if you want it to be. The folks who maintain it have put a lot of love into it and it shows. It is an absolute blast if you can ride it at night.

Summary:
Great flow, great workout. Tons of fast uphills and downhills. Considering So Florida is FLAT, these are awesome man-made trails. Not the prettiest sites...but the challenge is amazing.

Single track. Constantly expanding.

Direction change (reverse) is only about 2 times a year. The LaRue bros are amazing at trail maintenance. The rest of the park is extremely nice too (Urban jungle becomes paradise once in this huge park).

Rental bike are usually available and are pretty solid.

I don't think I'd come to SoFlo solely for a MTB trip, but def worth dedicating a day or so to it. October through June is PERFECT weather so maybe you should!

Also, Amelia is the best place to race IMO

Virginia Key / Key Biscayne. Keep in mind once again, SoFlo is an urban jungle. VK is paradise if you don't live in the sticks where MTB trails are plentiful!

Summary:
I have started riding these trails about 9-10 years ago. At the time, the trails were far from perfect. I would guess 8 ago, the In-Da-House Crew started improving the trails. Then I quit riding because of school. Now, I just started getting back into the about 2 months ago. I'm not sure who keeps the trails maintained, but they are doing a great job!

These trails are for every type of rider. One thing that is a love/hate thing is about every Month they switch the direction of the trails. It makes it seem like two different types of trails. I would recommend these trails to EVERYONE! Its a great place with great people.

Also, if you don't own a bike, or you want to take a friend out there, and you nor they have another bike, I believe every Sat. and Sun. they rent bikes. Cheap ones, but it gets the job done.

Summary:
Best trails in S Fl by far. FLOW is consistent. 7.5 miles with technical sections. Well maintained trails always work being done.Nice to see people flocking to the trails now
