Weekend Warrior Summary: This is truly a nice trail, not too rough, not too soft. just the right touch for the above average rider who is seeking to move to the next level. plenty of everything, but will take 2 to 3 rides to really dominate the terrain.

Cross Country Rider Summary: I have ridden this trail twice now, first time on the South entrance(Christmas Eve) and yesterday from the North entrance. It's 30 minutes from Winter Park. This trail, like others have said doesn't have jumps or any grueling climbs but It's fun. I took a break from my first run and got into a zone just before Sunset on my second run yesterday, just flying... I would like to find out if anyone maintains this trail because first, I would like to donate some time work on it, plus I believe there are sections out there that have great potential for more speed and additional trails. Drop truck loads of dirt and I'll bring my shovel. I ended up going down single track that others have been on but it wasn't cut back at all. It may have been a deer path for all I know.
I will be out there multiple times during the week. I have a beat up green Mercury Villager, riding a HT Gary Fisher Paragon(creamsicle colors).
Recommended Route: The trails are not well marked. The trail map they have displayed doesn't help me when I'm out in the trails. I played chicken with a handfull of people on both rides. Other recommended trails in the same area: I'm going to check out Santos, Alfaia, Carter road. There is talk of something happening in the Eustis area? New trail possibly?

Weekend Warrior Summary: I didn't want to review this trail until Ive ridden it a couple times. This trail for what it is, is a good trail. I don't know of any organization that maintains the trail but it is still in very good condition with no downed trees completely blocking a path. The front of the park is very flat with lots of tight turns and once you get in the back past the ditch of doom or whatever its called there are some climbs and drops. There is a spot where you can get some air if you are going fast enough. This trail can be tough if you are new to the sport but if you are in good shape and confident on a bike this trail isn't anything difficult. Recommended Route: I generally start on the north side and keep on that route until you have to climb up to get to the ditch of doom then I go to the right and cross the bridge to get to the other side. I then do the path straight ahead then to 2 bridges. I then go past the big bridge and go to the left and do that loop. I then go back over that big bridge and go east and that will take you back to the lot. Other recommended trails in the same area: Santos, Alafia, Boyette, Carter, Markham, Oleta.

Weekend Warrior Summary: Know about this trail for a while. Based on reviews of other trails on MTBR I have not got around to this one until now. We have done all the big parks around. Santos, razorback(before it went bye-bye) Alafia, Markham Park, ect. This trail does not over the elevation and jumps of most of the other parks but for what it has it is very well maintained. The soil is fairly well packed except on the access roads that you must ride on at times. The corners are plentifully and well made. The best part of the trail IMO is at the extreme northern end along the canal bank and ridge line. I think this is a great trail to hone your turning skills and cardio. If this trail where at Santos it would be rated a "Blue square" Recommended Route: You can get turned around in there pretty easy until you do it once. Then its pretty straitfoward. Just pick a entrance and go. Other recommended trails in the same area: Ghram Swamp.
