Mostly hardpack, but some sandy. Very short trails that are great for an after school/work ride

Summary:
Very small park, with very little mileage. For as small as it is, they did run a few trails in there. If you live within a few miles, it's worth incorporating it in a ride, but not worth driving across town.
If you like roots, and most of us don't, it does have a small and very technical root section, but other than that, it is not technical.
Instead of dillos, they have lots of cats. They feed stray cats out there.
The most fun I had there was when I was riding through the neighborhood and rode my rode bike though it.
I enjoyed the view from the pier. It's also a great place to launch kayaks.

Recommended Route:
Somewhere else. But if you must go and try it (I did), it really doesn't matter. Just jump on a trail and jump on one you haven't been on yet and in 20 min. of wandering around, you'll be done.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Hanna Park, Graham Swamp, Fort Clinch, Santos, San Felasco and soon Bayard.

Summary:
People seem confused about this park. It is in Mandarin off San Jose Blvd, there are signs leading to it across from ACE hardware. These are clearly walking trails that you may bike on. The longest trail is 1.7 miles but can be made slighly longer by taking some of the loops and joining one of the other (less than 1 mile) trails. I used these trails to introduce my wife to trail riding and that is all they're good for. There is nothing extreme here, just a relaxing introduction to riding off the road. If you use it for that it's a nice trail nothing more, nothing less.

Summary:
Typical florida trail. Stay out of the main park, really boring. Ride the area by in the front of the park by the pile of limerock. Lots of loops and cutoffs. There used to be some bridges, manmade thangs but they look pretty bad.

Recommended Route:
Off 17
