Fast ride, most of the park is not very bike friendly, but the red trail is a good ride for an intermediate rider. A serious rider might get through the main trail through the covered bridge, but its definitely not for beginners.

Summary:
2-5 miles of trail you plan a route that connects multiple trails. The red trail is up one side of a hill with challenging sections, and down the other side that is a bit easier. Technical sections that cross streams and formed by rocks make this short trail much fun. The yellow trail is not a good ride going up to the vista, but if you go around the back of the loop its alright. This trail is good for an hour ride, not a day trial.

Recommended Route:
Park where the red trail crosses the road, and just follow red. (the trail can also be reached from the picnic area.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Rocky Neck State Park.
