Summary:
This is an area for beginners - as mentioned previously there is little in the way of technical challenge here. It is mostly rolling singletrack through pine and oak forest with small hills which get you off your bike in a spot or two. A couple ponds and brooks, though pretty dry for the most part. More sand than I'd like, a few roots, no rocks. It takes less than an hour to do the perimeter, but there are another 2 or 3 hours of trails within, all interconnecting. Well marked and maintained. Not crowded (unless there's a race), presumably due to the $5 per person entry fee, which includes a map that you don't really need. Coupla vending machines. I'm a beginner and I'll be back, probably on a nice weekend day when I want to avoid crowds.

Recommended Route:
It is consistantly easy thruout.
