Summary:
Directions are wrong. West Main to Centenial Ave which turns into Oregon Road at the intersection with Coe. Proceed until you get to the bridge that crosses the Quinni. Park on right, just before the bridge. Trail is for beginners only as there are no hills and no challenges.

Recommended Route:
Only one route, by the bridge.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Wadsworth Falls in Middletown is beginner friendly but more of a challenge.

Summary:
this is the trail for beginners....the trail that you want to take your beginner girlfriend on...this trail is so simple...very nice scenery in that youre riding alongside the quinnipiac river on one side and small cliffs on the other....this trail ends about 2 miles from the reccomended starting point....take a break and walk around...nice waterfall at trail end....turn around and go back the way you came....cross over the road and along the pond....only technical part is going downhill, thru a brook and back up the hill...ride behind platt and wilcox and make sure to spit on the property (maloney all the way, baby)....there are trails on the side but i have not found time to ride these yet....spring break...i promise....not reccommended during wet season run off from the cliffs can make riding miserable, and the quinni has been known to flood her banks

Recommended Route:
there isnt a particular route...its just one trail that starts at red bridge and you know when it ends....turn around and follow it back, go over coe ave and go behind wilcox and platt
