Cross Country Rider Summary: More new trails every time I go here, not well marked however. There are plenty of trails but they really need to be marked and have loops posted to get their full use. Plenty of fun stuff and a dip in the ocean after your ride is cool too. Recommended Route: This place could really benifit from trail marking, loop posting and map layout

Downhiller Summary: Great all mountain place to ride!
Don't listen to those who don't explore this place. There are several good size drops( +6 ft) and a couple of nice 3 to 4 ft drops. Most have good transitions. I've done them all with a hardtail. Several really good rollers all within close proximity. There is plenty of slick rock and some nice fast trails with nice flow. There are two braids that offer really nice DH lines with high speed drops to launch. This place is like a mini Vietnam. Too many don't know this place well and don't take the time to ride all the lines. Recommended Route: You can ride every braid here in an afternoon. Other recommended trails in the same area: Grayville

Recommended Route: Park by the main road in Groton,Take the boardwalk in to the park.Head over to haleys farm then return and head down to the ocean to check out the views! Other recommended trails in the same area: None in this area.

Cross Country Rider Summary: It's an entertaining place to ride a few times a year, but I think it would get boring if you rode it any more frequently than that. It's pretty flat, pretty non-technical compared to other areas in CT and, like everywhere else in CT, the trails need work. It would be a good place to take beginner freinds/spouses, etc. for a nice leisurely ride. Make sure you take the bridge over the railroad tracks because about half the park is over there. Also watch out for walkers, joggers, dog-walkers, and stroller pushers- no railing around blind corners. Some of the roads flood at high tide. Don't ride through the puddles- it's salt water (one of the locals told me otherwise) and will rust any ferrous metal parts. Recommended Route: Just go out and explore.

Weekend Warrior Summary: flat double track and it may be good for XC riders but if you have a eight or nine speed freerider you may want to look elsewhere. DONT go after it rains its really gross. There is a pretty sweet rock garden at the point and a nice place neer the point that is a giant rock that is prettyfun but in order to get there you have to ride for about a mile. The last part of the trial is downhill which is real fun Recommended Route: when you start out going to the right look to your left and you will see a couple small downhill "hills" that and the rock formation farther ou is pretty much it
