Weekend Warrior Summary: Started up on College Rd and went into the Meadow for a lap, then back around to Telegraph. Great single track, lots of fun. Great for looping and getting in shape and/or beginners for getting their skills on. Over Telegraph for some fun downhill and more moderate technical riding.

Cross Country Rider Summary: Great trail. Road it weekly or more (in season) from the day I bought my first mountain bike until I graduated from Fort Lewis College and moved East :(
Ride everything in The Meadow and then climb up and over telegraph to for a GREAT single track descent and some more great single track options. This is iconic single track, and has spoiled me for riding here in Philadelphia.
Watch out for rattlesnakes and heatstroke in the summer. One of my favorite rides anywhere! Other recommended trails in the same area: Hermosa Creek, Colorado Trail (where applicable), Animas City Mountain, Test Tracks, Monarch, All of Moab and Crested Butte and so much more...

Weekend Warrior Summary: This is a great place to get a quick ride in. I rode in this area two days in a row.
Day 1 I rode from the WalMart parking lot and rode all of the trails on the south side. of the area. They were great trails and worth doing. It is hard to get lost in that area because there is a map at each trail intersection.
Day 2 I rode from 3rd street by Sonic drive in and rode most of the North side trails. The climb up Telegraph was very enjoyable it is a must do! Telegraph back down would have been great but I had to take a different trail down since I was trying to hit them all. This is a great area but it is a little easier to get lost since there was not a trail map at every intersection. Still very easy to get around.
They are great trail and I say a must do. Recommended Route: Do all of the trails in this area. I spend ~2.5 hours both days doing loops.

Cross Country Rider Summary: The folks at Trails2000.org have done a great job with the signs which made finding my way through the trail system very easy. I started at the Horse Gulch trail, and hit Sidewinder, Az's Descent, Telegraph, Cuchillo, and others. This was my first ride west of the Mississippi and I loved it! Can't wait to go back! I have a few pics of the ride at http://community.webshots.com/user/grubby2day Recommended Route: It's all good. Other recommended trails in the same area: not yet...maybe next year.
