Cross Country Rider Summary: This is my favorite trail. Six miles of fire road climbing with an altitude gain of around 3k ft. Then 8 or 9 miles of single track that ends in a screaming 4 mile downhill. Rocky and technical in sections. Log drops and smoothe forest trail in others. Great views, and photo ops. Recommended Route: Drive past the pond and park in the parking area. Ride uphill from there. There are three drop in sites. One at 1.8 miles up, one at 4 miles up and the top. If the snow's off, I recomend the top. Go through the gate and hit the single track. Could be wet and or snow covered pre-July, so be careful. When you get to the road at the bottom, go left. It'll take you back to the parking area.
