Summary:
You must RIDE UP to truly enjoy this trail. Climbing will help you look for more creative and fun lines on the downhill. Plus 70% of the climb is on slick rock making the ride bearable. To those you encounter asking why your riding it uphill. Let them know it's for the sick paved road downhill. Then call them pussies. cause they are. Awsome downhill section. Don't forget to try to descend the toilet bowl up top.

Recommended Route:
Up Up. Down to Gunny Loop.

Summary:
Lots of nice technical climbing; depending on your choices it can be all single track or a mix, extremely taxing to somewhat taxing, 2hrs-5+hrs of riding.
Very fast descending off the top with a lot of ledge moves on the edge of long narrow slick rock section if you look for them.
Please stay on the trail, ie, do not make new routes through the dirt sections.

Recommended Route:
Start: Tabeguache (lunch loop) parking lot off Monument RD. Ascend either Andy's or any of the Tabeguache trails that exit onto Little Park RD. Find the Ribbon Ride trail head and climb for awhile (you will love it)at the top eat something and head back down (you will love this even more).
