Summary:
Its a really nice trail, I can see how people on xc bikes would regard it as extremely hard, because its probably one of the more technical xc trails in colo. But Please stop refering to downhillers and brainless people that ride their bikes off high things. Any one who thinks that about downhillers just needs to head down to silverton and ride the lift accessable trails. Also it is extemely hard to ride a downhill bike uphill, 40+ pounds, alot of rotating weight, 8 inches of travel, and a 44 tooth chainring (no grannie gear).

Recommended Route:
Ski lift (if you have dh bike)or long trail to cheyanne(sp?)

Summary:
This is by far my favorite trail for downhill technical riding. Living in Chicago, there isn't alot of downhilling, so when we plan our trip out west, we like to stop in Winter Park for this trail.

Recommended Route:
Chairlift to the top or ride up on your bike.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Anything pointed up or down. Anything in Colorado.

Bubba who rides Stinky makes me chukcle (two reviewers below). Why is it that dowhiller on 40lbs bike with 67 head angle and 8" travel feel the need for claiming their prowess on the downhill? Doesn't he realize we are just all here to ride and not here to compare your "$%#&'? Just go ride and stop justifying your reason for riding downhill bike with armor pads. For your record, I probably dusted you on a dowhill course at Keystone and vail. And guess what? I climbed all the way to the top before I started screaming towards the bottom when I spotted you on my Tracer. Go ride and just have fun!

Recommended Route:
Down!

Summary:
This trail is great, if you like drops upon drops that is. Really does make a difference if you ride from the bottom to the top though. Reading the review posted by Bubba makes me laugh, "do you take the ski lift to the top when you go skiing" of course, dumbass, it's a ski lift. Anyway, once again it's a great trail, have fun with it. Peace.

Recommended Route:
Ride up, take the lift up, walk up, helecopter?

Other recommended trails in the same area:
all of them
