Cross Country Rider Summary:
not a long trail but definitely fun w/ a lot of variety for the short distance. some good short climbs and downhill. keep an eye out for the washouts on the trail or you'll take a serious digger. awesome stair section about 1/4 mile from trailhead. scenary is great! Recommended Route:
ride up maxwell, cross the street and the trailhead is at the north end of the parking lot. ride the trail north and hook-up w/ michaud and / or the tropics. loop it back down maxwell. good mix of everything w/ great scenery all around. Other recommended trails in the same area:
horsetooth mountain and lory
