Cross Country Rider Summary: Just did the Xterra triathlon here, and had a great time. After about the first three miles of the bike ride, the trails really started to flow. If I lived here, I'd love to ride this trail regularly. Was really fun, and you'll get a good cardio workout, especially the first 3 miles.

Weekend Warrior Summary: I live about 20 minutes away from this trail, and ride it weekly when it isn't raining or freezing.
The trails themselves are nicely done, and have plenty of nice hills to climb and descend.
Not overly technical, but not boring either. Like the previous poster stated... 10 miles of smiles.
Won my first race here. :)
