This trail is a combination of ATV trail and the Arizona Trail. The OHV (Off Highway Vehicle) route is rugged and not ridden much.
Park in Staging Area after mile post 10.Bathroom and ATV ramps.
Ride out of the back of the Staging Area and turn right at .2 miles. Cross Bellota Ranch Rd and proceed across Reddington Rd. .2 past the road turn left up steep ramp. Continue parallelf intersection. Across road is AZ Trail for the next 5 miles. First mile is a climb, espically tough near the top.
The trail then hits Bellota Ranch Rd. Turn left to finish the loop. The AZ Trail heads to Milagrosa from here, across the road.
Up the road for 2.1 tough miles. Right at Reddington Rd back to Staging Area. 1800' of climbing.

Summary:
The ATV making trail rises and falls many times making oversize whoops. On the Arizona Trail as you near the ridge you'll encounter the 'Stairs of Pain'. If you can sucessfully ride them you are a mountain biking god. It climbs and turns several corners and over wooden steps. Next is 4 miles of mostly descent on a classic section of trail.
When you reach Bellota Ranch Rd if you cross it and go slightly to the right thru metal fence posts and past is a pretty small lake.
Farther to the right and them right again at the second gate is Chimney Rock, a large piece of slickrock playground.
The Stairs difficulty technically is a 5.

Recommended Route:
Staging area north to ATV Trail @.2 mile. Right to Reddington Rd, cross it and up steep ramp left at .2 miles. Parallel the road for 2 miles till T and go left to Reddington Rd and cross it. There is a faint trail straight ahead at the T but it's mainly cow trail. Right is completion of a loop of another AZ Trail section.
Cross road and catch the AZ Trail, climb 1 mile, just beyond the Stairs.
When hitting Bellota Ranch Rd, left up hill to Reddington Rd and then right .3 miles to Staging Area. 10.5 mile loop.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Chiva Falls, Frog Hollow, AZ Trail to Milagrosa
