Weekend Warrior Summary: Rough & bumpy trail, difficult to follow @ times. Make sure to have spare tubes, pieces of cactus everywhere. Good trail but not worth the drive from PHX. Recommended Route: Take Peart south to the end under the I-8, park @ the end of the road or turn left off the road onto dirt road which eventually bends back right, park to right on dirt clearing or keep going. Other recommended trails in the same area: Would like to know.

Cross Country Rider Summary: not a bad trail a little hard to find if you have never been there. Pretty fun especially if you are taking a beginer with you.

Weekend Warrior Summary: THE BEST SINGLE TRACK IN CASA GRANDE,ESPECIALLY FOR A BEGGINER LIKE ME. THE BIGGEST TEST FOR ME IS TO GET AS MUCH SPEED AS POSSIBLE WITHOUT BRAKING A HANGER OR DERAILELLUR. MY WIFE IS LOSING PATIENCE WITH THIS MOUNTAIN WHICH CLAIMED 1 DERAILLEUR, AND 3 HANGERS IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS. THIS MOUNTAIN IS CURSED OR THE BOOGY MAN LIVES HERE, OR I JUST DON'T RIDE TOO GOOD. I WON'T GIVE IN..I'LL BE RIDING THIS TRAIL EVERY WEEK, SO I CAN GE IN SHAPE FOR SOUTH MOUNTAIN ON THE WEEKENDS....I JUST WANT TO RIDE MY BIKE... Recommended Route: I LIVE BY HOME DEPOT ON FLORENCE AND PEART. SO I GO STRAIGHT SOUTH ON PEART TILL THE ROAD PASSES I-8 AND TURNS EAST FOR 1/8 OF A MILE TIL THE PAYMENT ENDS. SINGLE TRACKS ARE ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE MOUNTAIN.. Other recommended trails in the same area: NONE I CAN THINK OF.

Cross Country Rider Summary: The CG Mountain Trail System is beautiful singletrack built and maintained by locals. The north side loops are fast and fun but very little technical riding.
The south side trails are more technical with short climbs and decents as you wind toward the south point of the mountain. There are at least three trails leading south. Hug the mountain for a great technical ride. Recommended Route: I've been out at CG mountain a couple of times GPS mapping the routes. Visit MTBikeAZ.com for more trail info and maps. Other recommended trails in the same area: Future trails that will be build on CG Mountain!
