Old railroad (tracks taken out) fun, picturesque, runs by the lake and an easy long ride.

Summary:
Isn't this the trail marked no trespass. It crosses the Yavapai Indian Tribe land, and no permission has been granted for public access. Hope has it that this section of the abandoned rail bed will be opened and joined to the other opened Rails to Trails sections. Access to the north end of this described trail is off of Sundog at the Peavine Trail trailhead. Pleasant and scenic as it passes through enormous granite boulders and Watson lake.

Summary:
long senic ride, be careful not to fall asleep. There is absolutly nothing tricky about this trail, if you crash you have no business being on a bike, leve it there and walk back. I gave this trail three stars for the view.

Recommended Route:
From town go out hwy 89 until you get to the prescott lakes parkway then turn right, cross the bridge and take the next left. Go to the dog pound where you will see signs for parking.
