This historic wagon trail has narrowed to a fun and scenic single track trail. It starts with a a good climb up to the base of Ship Rock then flattens out and is quite easy but offers great views of Sedona and ship rock. The trail ends with a rockey technical descent to the Jordan Trailhead, very fun! This is the trail that connects Huckaby with Jordan.

Trail Directions	Park or ride to Midgley Bridge on 89A and head to the back of the parking lot where the picnic table is. Take the Wilson Canyon trail and follow it for about a mile then take a left on Thompson Trail. If you go straight you will go into Wilderness, a $300 fine for mtbs.
