, from tucson AZ Summary: nice easy trail with no big rocky sections , fast and sweet , trail is good for everybody that knows how to bunnyhop :-) . a little to short but worth going to the top of mount lemmon for even one ride . the only problem is shuttles : you have to have more then 2 riders to make it work .
Recommended Route: up to mt lemmon and down the trail to summerhaven. summerhaven sucks they dont allow bikes on the ski lift . Other recommended trails in the same area: mail me if You want to ride any of mount lemmon dh/fr trails I will probably be able to ride it with you .

, from The Old Pueblo Summary: Park in Summerheaven and ride as if you were going back down the mtn. take sunset trail wichi will pop you out at the bottom of summerheaven. Then ride UP Aspen Draw, yes NOT the road if you're in decent shape it takes close to the same time - it just seems crazy, hit the meadow loop at the top and back down Aspen Draw for some raspberry pie in Summerheaven. Beware the "deer in the headlights from back East hikers" on the way down. Recommended Route: Summerheaven to Sunset Trail, up Aspen Draw to Meadow Loop Trail and back down Aspen Draw.

, from Grand Caymon Summary: Steep, technical switchbacks with plenty of stairstep drops some as much as 20". Pretty much as Matt describes except I wish it were about 5 miles longer! Some of it is getting very loose and rutted though, could use some maint. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't such a nasty, steep ROAD climb to get there and such a short trail. Recommended Route: Ski Valley, drag, grunt and groan up just like Matt said. Other recommended trails in the same area: GREEN MOUNTAIN!

, from tucson, az Summary: Make no mistakes, this trail is a full on downhill. Ive seen several other riders wearing full face helmets and body armor. multiple staircases in all variations of rythm and pitch. several sharp switchbacks that are stepped as well. Multiple knarly rooty sections. Full suspension and long travel highly recommended, though i have cleared the trail on a freeride hardtail before. Watch out for unsuspecting hikers, especially in the summer months. Dont even think about trying this unless your technical skills are above average-expert level. Recommended Route: park at ski valley parking lot. from there continue up road, approximately 2.5 miles to top. At the first large dirt lot on the left, enter around gate onto double track. Watch on your left as you approach top of chairlift trail will appear immediatley after. Other recommended trails in the same area: Combine with meadow trail downhill on oppposite side of mounntain for a absolutly sick test of endurance of both the bike and you!
