W.G. JONES STATE FOREST

Average Rating:    (3 of 5)

Approximately 12 miles of trails that was designed for Bird Watching, Hiking, Horseback Riding, Picnics, Wildlife Viewing, Biking. Single wide and double wide trails. There are marks of horses on the single wide trails due to the divot from the hooves and also horse turd.

Mostly compact clay sand or paved pabble road for the double wide. There are some stretches that are soft sand. In terms of technical course, I would rate it a 1 out of 3 with mostly flat

Summary:
It is more or less a family trail and it can be served fast too, on the paved compressed dirt. There are a lot of double wide trails trails and it is a nice forest reserve with a few small lakes, benches, and picnic area.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Frintridge
Cypress creek
