, from McKinney, TX, USA Summary: This mountain bike ranch just keeps growing with now over 18 miles of trails and they have a computerized map of the trails that is easy to follow along with lots of trail signs that have been put up all over the ranch to better guide you. A great place to get away from the city and spend a few days. They are constantly making improvements to this ranch to make it a better place for mountain bikers. For your own safety notice each trail is marked on the map as to the level of difficulty, not all riders will be able to ride all the trails on this ranch. Recommended Route: For a fast fun start we attack the upper and lower Armadillo Ridge then catch Hole In Tree to The Oaks (south) and follow to Rustler's, then take a breather. You can then pick up Go West to Horseshoes, race the downhill then choose Tough Breaks or Split Ears then up Earl's Way to catch Copperhead to The Holler to Sidewinder and back out on The Oaks (north) and if you still want more ride back in to run Devil's Backbone with over 1000 feet of climbing in three miles ending with an incredible downhill dropping you out on Earl's Way to head home. Other recommended trails in the same area: For the millage and terrain at this ranch, there is nothing that compares. We do like Johnson Branch (still working on the return loop) Knob Hill (9 miles out and back), Erwin Park (8.2 miles loop).

, from Dallas Tx USA Summary: These trails have something for everyone Still kind of new but in good shape Trails range from easy to "Tough Breaks" Tough Breaks is a trail that starts with a med to hard climb, for Tx, and the downhill is a hoot, until you look off to your left, it scared the s#*t out of me The only complaint I have is there are no trees to pitch your tent under for camping, this time of year, you need trees to sit under The people that run this place are VERY nice Try it, you may just like it I give it 5 tires for the trails, minus one for camping Recommended Route: Follow map on web site, it is great

, from Dallas, TX Summary: This place is fairly new and has a lot of potential! The terrain in the area is beautiful. I rode this trail for the first time May 17th and definitely want to go back now that I have the trails figured out. The map they supply was not good at all and we spent a lot of time stopping and deciding where to go. The climbs, especially on Tough Breaks, are steep and the downhills are a hoot. I look forward to seeing this place develop over the next year or so. Hopefully they will get enough traffic to justify their planned expansions!!! Recommended Route: See the directions on the Web Page. They are perfect! Just a little over an hour from Vista Ridge Mall in Lewisville. Other recommended trails in the same area: Tyler State Park is great.
