Summary:
The Park contains a total of about 14 miles of trails. The intermediate - advanced loop is over 10 miles. The park is built on and around two large caliche pits. The park is for members of the Permian Basin Bicycle Association. The annual fee is $25 per individual and $35 per family. There is now a bright orange pay box at the park entrance which contains waivers and envelopes. You must sign a waiver and Helmets are required.
The trail is a blast and has some very challenging sections for any skill level. I ride their about 4 days a week and never get tired of the trails. If you are driving through the area, visiting, or just a local who hasn't been out to the park, I highly recommend taking a ride. It is actually fairly scenic down in the Southwest pit with a variety of vegetation and decent sized trees. The Northeast pit is rougher and more technical.

Recommended Route:
The Blue or Black trails heading counterclockwise from the parking area.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
OC Fisher State Park in San Angelo has some great trails but they are 90 miles from Odessa and those are the closest significant trails I know about.

Summary:
This is a great trail system!
Don't let the flat terrain fool you!
There is some type of all riding skills scattered out along the system.
With some serious technical sections.
The trails are marked with Green, Blue and Black arrows.
You pay at Peyton's Bikes www.peytonsbikes.com to ride.

I rated it 5 on the technical difficulty, because there was several sections I didn't ride. You have options to avoid the technical sections.
There is plenty of easier sections to ride.
The flat green loop around the perimeter of the system is great for beginners

Recommended Route:
trails are marked one way trail

Summary:
I said I would ride this trail and write a review. So here it is.

This trail is awesome. It has a few different skill levels for any rider. I had a blast. My brother and I both are sort of beginners and we both had a great time. You need to call and have someone from Peyton's Bikes come to let you in, but other than that it is awesome. It started raining while we were riding and even then it was a solid trail.
All in all I will be riding this trail for a long time.

Recommended Route:
Any trail you feel comfortable riding. They all intertwine.
