Cross Country Rider Summary: This is a paved Rail Trail.
Totally flat and you'll spend more time dodging kids on skateboards and housewives pushing strollers than you will anything else. Recommended Route: Doesn't matter. Start at either end. Parking seems safer on the west side.

Downhiller Summary: The route is easy to find, just look for the rock island sign on Coulter north just pasy I-40. Arrived late so I didn't get to do all of the trail. Easy to find your way. Trail runs thru town so there are stores to stop at to recharge on the way. Recommended Route: Rode from west to east Other recommended trails in the same area: I've heard that there are some good trails very near here at Medi-park, but on the other side of 9th. Haven't had the time to check the out because my bowling league quilified for regionals and I've had to bowl a lot.
