, from San Antonio Summary: This place rocks. I was a little scared to ride there since no one had reviewed it in a year. The trails are marked fairly well. There are two trails I discovered after riding the first loop three times. Great singletrack with some of the best downhill I've seen in the state.Pretty technical stuff but well worth the drive. Recommended Route: follow the signs Other recommended trails in the same area: Flat Rock, Hill Country natural area, Blora, Emma Long,

, from Frankston, TX Summary: This was the site of my first race. 2001 Fall TMBRA series. NOT recommended for your first race! Everyone I talked to afterward said this place would be the toughest race of the series and they were right. Nothing else came close! I didn't enjoy this place then, but now I can't wait to go back. I know it will be more enjoyable. Steep climbs, fast descents, creek crossing, etc. Everything a biker could want in a trail.

, from kerrville Summary: this trail is really neat. there are alot of nifty trail sections and i have raced 4 races there over last summer, they were all fun plus i have ridden there on my free time when it rains the creek is full and that is fun to cross there is a mix of fast open fire roads and technical single track a long grinding uphill and then a fast and rocky downhill it is on a nice ranch in which you can camp on and there are a series of races there in the summer i would recommend that you check them out watch out for cow sh*t as there is an abundance of it everywhere. Recommended Route: im just a kid so i dont really drive yet trust the others. Other recommended trails in the same area: lots, have to come into town(kerrville) and check with the local bike shop, there is only one so you cant not find it

, from Katy, TX Summary: I am 16 years old. The first (and only, so far) time I rode this trail was at the Kelly Creek summer training races in 2000. This is THE BEST TRAIL in Texas, as far as I have seen. I raced with my Motobecane 400DS, which was a huge mistake. I now have a GT idrive xcr 3000. If you ride this trail, a full suspension helps on the downhills. The climbs can be killer, and it would also help to have a very light bike. Either way, it's a toss up between comfort (and safety!) or speed. My all time favorite. Recommended Route: Follow the arrows
