Cross Country Rider Summary: I don't know what that these poeple are thinking, but this trial is good for beginners. Yes there are a couple of hills but mainly it is an easy trial that is good to take the family or girlfriends of over night camping.
I have ridden this trail three times. Other recommended trails in the same area: None

, from San Antonio, TX Summary: This is a fun place to ride. Lots of long tough climbs, and plenty of fast downhills. Off camber around the hill sides. Some nice intermittent shade. The air is nice and cool in the mornings, and there are miles and miles of trails to ride. I've been once, drove about an hour to get there, and will definitely go again. Take a full three-litre bladder, and maybe have a reserve in a cooler in the truck. Take at least one energy bar, because you will need all the juice you can muster to beat the climbs. Beautiful scenery Recommended Route: 5, 5A, 6

, from Stephenville Summary: i normally don't review a trail after one weekend of riding, but this will be my exception. lots of great singletrack with endless opportunities. plenty of dropoffs and technical difficulty as well. i spent the whole weekend there and could not get enough of it. good trails to hone in your skills on. bring plenty of water because they have none. camping is only primitive. bandera is just 20 minutes away though. this is definately worth the trip. i will go back as soon as i can. Recommended Route: all of the mtb trails are worth riding.
