Summary:
This is a grea begineer trail. I rode this trail everyday for about 2 months. The uphill sections take a little to get use to due to the different options one has to take. Great trail to get your lungs back in shape after a long break off your bike.

Recommended Route:
Once you go up la costa avenue, turn left onto Ranch Sante Fe road and head up that road about 1/2 mile and make your first right, u will be in the new housing development. Park on one of the streets w/o no parking signs and then head up the hill on your left. I like to start the ride on the fire road that currently has a yellow gate, then make your first left at the top of the road to head toward the path to the up hill.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
This main entrance, i've described above will lead you to many trails aroudn that area.

Summary:
I ride this trail almost every day when i am at home from college. It is quite fun. Usually i ride (sometiems push) my tank of a DH bike up the singletrack and then head down the downhill trail. There i ssome work to be done in this area though. The downhill trail had no berms.

Recommended Route:
Ride up the switchback. Charge down the DH

This trail is opened again! Those motherfu~*ers ate a good portion of our trails but they left some beautiful crumbs. Knotsberry Farm is one of the best trails I have ever ridden!

Recommended Route:
Avoid the security guy.

Summary:
If you can get past the workers, it is a hell of a climb (800 feet in about a mile). Singletrack is getting a bit overgrown, but still really interesting.

There was a section of doubletrack going down the south face that is total endo city. Wish I had full suspension.

Managed to really piss off a rattler looking for the way out. Ride here with a buddy always.

Recommended Route:
Look for the yellow gate on the west side of the main hill. May be easier to come at it from the north. Huff it up the semi-paved road to the peak and cruise down the trails.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Flightline, Dailey Ranch...
