Downhiller Summary: this is the best climb in park,do it until you can clear the whole thing.Coming down is ok,the switch backs are tight so watch your speed. This trail is only advanced if your going up,coming down is easy. Recommended Route: the trail is on the south end of the park.If your at top of the world instead of going down the Mathis way tun around and follow the road almost till the end.you will see a small trail head on the right follow that down and up and you will come to small road, make a right and follow the road ,the trailhead will be on the left. Other recommended trails in the same area: everything

Cross Country Rider Summary: Fun trail for sure, but I don't see how this is advanced. Probably the best trail in South County. Bring your Santa Cruz! Recommended Route: Follow the trail path. Other recommended trails in the same area: Whiting Ranch and The Coto Trail.

, from Laguna Hills Summary: Steep climb, alot of switchbacks. If you clean it your really good. If not, it's ok because its not easy. Downhill is fun also. Not to technical, depending how fast you go. Recommended Route: From the trailhead at the enterence of the park, make your first left. Follow it around the hill, cross over a bridge and start your climb. Other recommended trails in the same area: everthing in the park.

, from Laguna Beach Summary: Trails are in great shape this time of year (01-03) and uncrowded. Meadows wasn't as tough as I expected it to be. Climbed it in just over 15 minutes. Now, Canyon Acres,,,,that's a mutha. Recommended Route: Park on Alta Laguna at T.O.W. Ride along Alta Laguna to Meadows and ride it down. Then ride over to Mathis and climb, climb climb. After cleaning Mathis cut over to Rock-it and bomb it,,,,no dabbing (even at the get off and walk section; just ride it). After cleaning Rock-it, cut across coyote and out to the Meadows trail and climb it out. Did it today and had to unclip my feet once when I saw a friend on Alta Laguna. Other recommended trails in the same area: Poles and Canyon Acres for climbing. Rattlesnake, Rock-it, and Lynx for bombing.

, from long beach, CA Summary: i've never gone up meadows yet, but i imagine it to be a vigourous climb, it is a very fun down hill, somewhat tight switchbacks, some are forgiving if you drift a little wide, i also noticed a couple small "rollers" that are fun to sail off of...one of these days i'll try climbing meadows...i'll stick with climbing mathis and cholla for now... Recommended Route: start at trailhead next to the church, we always ride to the main trail, hit dripping cave, then mathis or cholla, then ride along the top up to top of the world, head over to meadows, down meadows back to main trail, up to cholla, ride along the top to rock-it, down rock-it back to main trail and out......19 miles Other recommended trails in the same area: all the ones i listed above, also whiting ranch to modjeska is a good ride...el morro is also alot of fun.
