Weekend Warrior Summary: Ok Basically this "AREA" to ride is a non used Lot/Hill.
It has Steep Uphills and Steep downhills. So either way it's steep. This Ride falls back on the saying "WHAT GOES UP MUST COME DOWN" I am pretty sure this area to ride was built for Dirt bike's although There are signs saying No motorized vehicle's... So It's Your choice I rode this trail/area On 11 May 05 GOOD Luck! Recommended Route: 118 Freeway- 23 Freeway get off on Sunset hills turn Right, Make a left on the second street go a block and a 1/2 Its the Big Dirt LOT. Other recommended trails in the same area: Marrland- Rocky Peak- Cheseboro- Sycamore canyon- Hummingbird- Chumash

Downhiller Summary: Robe is a meth head who thinks he owns the place. In reality this is just a undevelped peice of city land, not his backyard. If you have a 50 dont ride the jumps or the builders will kick your ass. Those things have gotten enough places shut down. Anything without a motor is welcome.

, from santa monica Summary: From the freeway you can see the ride, and it looks promising at first. After the ride/push up the hill, you get your first good view of the trail. Looks like it might have been worth it. The downhill run only lasts about 300 yards. Then back up to the top. This is a waste of time unless you live right next to it. After spending 45 minutes riding down the very limited selection of trails and jumps you realize it would be fun on a dirtbike, but not on anything self propelled. This was made for dirtbikes. If u live more than 2 minutes from this place ITS NOT WORTH THE TIME. only fun was on the way back out of it riding down the hill back to the road. even then nothing worth telling yout friends about.
