This ride is long and hard, but ultimately worth the effort. I’ve gotten pretty saddle sore afterwards so I definitely recommend rear suspension and having your parts lubed. This one is a pretty good aerobic workout depending on how fast you go (ride time can vary from 5 minutes to over an hour depending on your stamina). No jumps but a fair number of humps along the way that can be fun. Just when you think you can't take it any more you’ll reach the summit and feel well rewarded, drenched in sweat.
