Cross Country Rider Summary: Personally, I think this loop is better done in the reverse direction. The Grey Pine trail would be a butt-kicking grind, and the Bald Mountain trail, being mostly paved, would not be particularly exciting going downhill.
Heading up Bald Mountain then down Grey Pine is alright.

, from Santa Rosa Summary: This is one hell of a climb.....2700+ feet in about 4-4.5 miles, but the view at the top is grand and the ride down is fast. Most of the single track is closed to bikes in this park, but this narrow fire road still provides some challenge. The park has very few visitors especially durring the week. If it's wet when you go, Ride this route in reverse..up the paved road to Bald Mountain then down the fire road. Recommended Route: Meadow>Grey Pine>Bald Mountain>Down the Hill!!!!!!!!! Other recommended trails in the same area: Annadel state Park
