Braille Trail

Playground, not too tech., mult small log jumps, a couple of bridges and a teeter totter! Who ever cut this trail has a killer imagination! It flowed and there was hits to jib off of everywhere! Trail drops from the ridge down to the fireroad, the trail is marked and its on the new maps!

Summary:
This trail has changed a lot since the last review was posted so I figured I'd write something up. The trail has been improved and hardened in some areas. The teeter totter was rebuilt with larger chunks of wood after it broke. The first one last about 3 years, the new one should last a lot longer. The trail has also seen increased traffic and the goal of the maintainers is to keep skidding to a minimum. To accomplish this we are putting more technical features on the side of the trail so that riders will slow down and play more. Keep your eyes open and you'll spot more each time down.

And please come out and help maintain this great trail. sign up at www.trailworkers.com

Thanks

Recommended Route:
Ride from the parking lot up buzzard to the vista. Then ride down ridge trail to braille. Ride down braille and then climb back out to your car. Bring a nice 6in travel bike you can pedal and don't be a wussy and try to shuttle this trail. The pavement section that you would bypass is a nice easy warm up anyway.

Technical difficulty rating is in comparison to local bay area trails and depends on how many of the features you hit.
