Weekend Warrior Summary: I've only done the course twice, but my bike is begging to go back. The begginning of the course is about 2-3 miles? of FUUUN downhill singletrack. So flowy, so fun. Then uphill singletrack from there. You eventually get to trail 60, known as the beach because the sand is about a foot deep, and it's really hit or miss on the dh. More singletrack, up and down. The race is won/lost at the end, where it's a LONG 3? mile climb out. So much fun, though. I don't know the names at all, but this course was fun 2007!

Recommended Route: started at laguna seca raceway, dropped in on some single track behind a campground up there and just got lost for three hours. ended out on the other side of the park.

Racer Summary: Trials are awsome. I dont know when it was done but it is way more than 13 miles. It is not technical at all but it is a bit rough. Bumpy holes everywhere. The best time to go is a day or two after some rain. I doesnt get sloppy but you will stick and it gets hard to pedal plus there is tons of sand you will come across. Lots of steep climbs and fast decents. This is fun to race because it is not how good of a rider you are it is your fitness you can for sure ride a hardtail with 2in up front and win a race. Recommended Route: The sea otter loop. Other recommended trails in the same area: redrock. most technical trail in the area. you can ride the sea otter loop and take redrock as a little shortcut

, from Santa Cruz, CA Summary: There is a ton of "single track" on these trails, but most of it is so smooth that there were points where I stopped to see if it was actually paved (seriously!). Zero technical in the 10+ miles I rode. So if you want boring, fast, smooth bike paths with some nice views, Laguna Seca is the place for you. If you like technical riding, I'd look elsewhere. Recommended Route: I started at the bottom of the hill, at the entrance to Laguna Seca raceway, rode up the road, and hit the single track where races begin. It was a random Saturday in June, and we only saw one other rider all day. Oh, it's windy as hell here. After we rode, we let the wind blow us UP HILL in the paved racetrack areas. No shit. Other recommended trails in the same area: Not sure. I hear Ft. Ord area is supposedely good, but I can't tell,
