Rockville Park

99 % singletrack, with lots of loop possibilities, rock gardens and a couple of gnarly chutes to pucker the sphincter. Can be ridden EZ with a date, or you can go all out and train like you want to win something. Yes, you can crash here too.

Summary:
Fun, technical, and is a lot like riding in Chico. Like Chico this is also a good place for a single speed because there isn't any long climbs. Helmets are a must.

Like Chico I have little doubt this place will be blazing hot during the summer so bring plenty of water and look out for poison oak.

Summary:
This park is small but easily accessable from the East Bay. The trails are strewn with embedded rock and so it is a great park to ride in the winter.

Here's directions: http://local.google.com/local?f=q&hl=en&q=2142+Rockville+Rd,+Fairfield,+CA+94534&ll=38.248848,-122.134538&spn=0.006336,0.013475&t=h
