Slippery Eel / Red Tail

Push up the rise and strap in for a screamer. DH/FR rigs only...seriously, DO NOT take your Xc bike, you'll be picking up your teeth by the end if you do.
Both trails start at this point, about 400 meters down trail they split. Red Tail to the left, Slippery Eel to the right.
The Red tail section is fast and furious, nice berms, tight sections, rock gardens etc...
Slippery Eel will test your bike handling skills, tight as a Nun's bun, rocky, rooty and STEEP.

Remeber to give thanks to the TRP for building such an awesome run
Take 299 north form Willow Creek( humboldt) to the Hoopa Valley. Continue thru town to "Big Hill" road. Turn Left on BHR continue a couple miles take the first left AFTER the road turns to dirt stay to the left until you reach the top of the Hill, where the road forks. Stop here. You will see a dirt track going up a little rise on the left.
Summary: These runs kick @$$. Probably the best around here, at least the best that anyone will tell you about. Still, if your in the area you have gotta hit it
Recommended Route: Straight down hill
