Summary:
After years of hiking this trail to fish the river, this was the first time I actually took my bike on it. I had no Idea how much ass it kicked! Banking turns, switchbacks, soft shoulders, few rocks......you just can't go wrong........unless you don't have any mosquito repellent!

Recommended Route:
take the trail at doyle springs to "upstream fishing"
then go to the balch park trail

Summary:
Nice and easy trail, very smooth and fast on the way out. Ride back to the falls in the summer and take a dip to cool off. I would start the ride from balch park. It is longer and more scenic, but it's a long shuttle. Watch those leaves on the trail if you do it in the fall, they are hella slippery.

Recommended Route:
Just like eric says, but you can do a shuttled downhill ride from balch park which is way more fun!!
