Cross Country Rider Summary: This is by far my favorite trail. Its single track heaven. I take it single speed and rigid on my 29er...its a good time Recommended Route: My route is parking the car at Carl's Jr. Off of the Cristianitos exit
Head towards east on Cristianitos, after a hill on (while riding on the road) you will see a fir road with a building near it. Don;t take that one. keep going until you see another fire road take it and when you come to the intersection turn right. Stick right at the nevt fork in the road after the yellow gate.
Stick on that trail..i think its called paulsey's trail (a motorcycle helmet and sign are on a tree. Anyways follow the single track which will eventually send you onto the paved road again, or if you dare go through the brush..it can be done.. Next stick to on that side of the road and you will see another entrance for the single track, take it and follow it ...keep to the clearly marked trails and you will end up at a fence that will take you in a million directions...there are tons of trails back there....not a trail for the faint because some do lead no nothing so if you go exploring go in groups...

Cross Country Rider Summary: fun fire roads with options for exploring. no loose gravel hart clay and some loose dirt Recommended Route: go to top of skate park hill and left at the cattle feeding trough on the single track and bomb the hill and conect it ti the fire road to the bottom where the gate the the military base is and turn around and head back for the climb. Other recommended trails in the same area: cristianitos and el camino real just east on cristianitos there is a walking path that has some cool sinle track with bike jumps and fun stuff.
