the beggining of the trail is a high speed downhill that drops in a dip. Go though the houses and ride on the street to the second part, the second part consists of a step down drop and then a double.

Summary:
This area has few good singletracks. The one I described plus a couple of others. When riding thruough the area you will see high peak that looks rocky on top. Go up there. There are some good singletracks on the other side. The trail that is orginally posted as NJB is lame, and is not there anymore. You can also tie this area in with sycamore canyon by crossing over alesandro, and then down canyoncrest drive.

Recommended Route:
From the top of Overlook pky ride straight up the road towards the top. On the left hand side there is a singletrack. It starts of winding through a shallow canyon then continues on for about 2 miles. Nothing technical, but a very fun xc race style trail. After the singletrack youll have to climb the dirt road back to Overlook.
