fun singletrack with a climb on roughly paved road at the end. ride the trail for a ways, not far after the chain link fence, you turn right on a trail that is not very visable. if you go too far you wil get to a BIG slipery log that not even Hans Rey could do on his normal bike, if you get there, you've missed the right turn. bomb down the right turn trail, but don't lock up you brakes. keep some speed no matter how technical it gets, that will help you get through the rollers. eventualy you'll get to a little drop to the road, launch it if you have enough huevos. climb the "road" to a fire road at the top on your right. go up that and follow the fun Bunny Slope trails back out to the road.

Trail Directions
going down Zion St towards down-town, stay left on Zion just before Tour of Nevada City Bike Shop. go down the road and turn left at Joshua. stay on that for quite a ways (it seems like), you'll see a boxxy grey house, and the trail will be on your left. it just kind of goes up this bank on the side of the road, look hard, it's not easy to see. go up the switch-backs (two of them) to the trail.

This trail is less then 5 minutes from my office, and I hardly ever ride it. There are alot more fun trails in the area. It is a good place to work on your log hopping.

The one already described

Summary:
This trail isnt as Gnarley as these other people have said. There is some steep decents and some turns you have to watch, but thats about it. Its short, a great wrm up ride.

Recommended Route:
Alright, here is the RIGHT way to get to this trail. Form the Tour of Nevada City Bike Shop, go down Pine St. and almost immeadiatly turn left onto Cross St. Go down across Gethsemene St, left on Jordan, and all the way down to a green house on the right side of the road. Straight across from this house is a trail up the hill. Follow it to the next paved road and climb out.
