Trail is a combination of single track and rutted jeep roads. Elevation is approximately 7,500 feet. Due to the high amount of granite and abuse from OHVs, the trails can be relatively technical with some fast descents. The trail s within the Calaveras Ranger District's OHV park. Therefore, trails are rutted with loose rocks and lots of dust! Bear Valley Adventure Company (located a short distance east) has a great MTB trail guide for this entire area. The guys there have the local knowledge so pay them a visit and spend some $$ in their store.
