Cross Country Rider Summary: I thought this trail was dope. Not too much work and it was hella fun. It rides right along the lake which is really beautiful. If your a pro then this would be a great work out. If your just a joe rider then I think this trail should be in your list of rides. The only thing that annoyed me was that you have to pay 3 bucks to park. I didn't do it. hehehe! It's worth it though. Um, what else. It's a little muddy right now but I like it alot. I'm glad we are getting lots of rain this year. It makes the riding alot more interesting. Oh, there is also a couple of creeks that youll pass. Those are nice as well. Go check it out. What have you got to loose:) Recommended Route: Get to Greenback. That will turn into Riley. Take a left on Natoma. Take a left at Green Valley, i think, and at the next light, take a left and go up the gravel road. Park and the trail head is completely obvious.

Weekend Warrior Summary: Great training trail for riders new to the sport or for a warm-up in the Spring. Nothing too dificult but a couple of hills will test your climbing skills. Recommended Route: Start either at the boat ramp or at the Sacramento/El Dorado county line on Blue Ravine. You should'nt go past Browns Ravine since it is closed to bikes for now and we should respect this if we're ever going to open it up. Other recommended trails in the same area: Salmon Falls

, from Stockton, CA Summary: This is a beginner trail, not intermediate. Small rolling hills, mostly wide singletrack with very little technical terrain. Bring your kids along and relax. Recommended Route: Out and back, I don't remember any turns. It's been a while but I don't think you can ride 16 miles out there anymore. Other recommended trails in the same area: Salmon falls (Mickey Mouse), Clementine Loop
