Racer Summary: clean descent on this trail, few drops, and some jumps always make for a good time Recommended Route: shuttle it, cause climbing fire roads all day is a BORE

Downhiller Summary: Pretty fun trail; best I've found in the Fresno area so far (moved here summer '05). I've ridden the lower section once (shuttled) and returned for a cross-country loop and rode up the road to the second trail crossing and then down. Has some pretty good rock gardens that aren't too technical but are certainly enough to tire your arms out and rattle teeth a bit. Otherwise it's just a fun smooth swoopy, but pedally DH trail. My trail bike is perfect for it (5" x 6"). There are a couple of doubles that could use some work; I haven't tried clearing them cuz the takeoffs don't look like they have any lip left to them. A pretty fun set of log drops, and one small little ladder drop (altho the motos have torn up the entrance to it so badly it's super hard to set up for). I got to the bottom with a big smile on my face; one of the biggest tests of a good trail for me. Recommended Route: Ride or shuttle up Central Camp Road. Other recommended trails in the same area: Please drop me a line if you are into freeride/DH; I need to find some folks to ride with around here...!
