Summary:
Large labyrinth of twisted singletrails. Lots of technical up and downs giving you options for easily 2-3 hours of riding without repeating a trails. Takes some time to discover all the trails but you can not get seriously lost. 120+ travel recommended due to plenty of technical sections.

Recommended Route:
all

On weekends you will find a lot of people walking alone and with dogs. Great for training purposes trekking mountain climbing and of course biking. Trails and sigletracks are in the midle of Eucaliptus forests It is at 2900 aprox. meters above sea level.

Summary:
ok, yes it is single track, but got some little hills, some fast trails, a good down hill, dual slalom. For me it is a complete and polifuctional ride. I been riding it for 3 years and almost every single day and I'm not tired of it. Anyone who ride mtb should ride it.
It is in the middle of Quito, great access. You can finish it with el muerto down hill.

Recommended Route:
every route

Other recommended trails in the same area:
El Muerto: come down hill from parque metropolitano's north side , then you are in Granados Av., ride this highway 'til the far side of Monteolivo's cemetery. It's a great and a little bit complicated down hill.
