Cross Country Rider Summary: The best riding in City Bowl...enough said! Recommended Route: Start at Quarry in Higgovale, head up rooty section( you're good if you make it without dabbing), then head left above quarry onto Granite track...then either straight at junction or up right to road. Straight takes you to Deer Park, right gets you to Tafelberg road. Both are great 'cause from Tafelberg road, you get an awesome downhill just after Platteklip Gorge start...all the way back into Deer Park. From Deer Park, head towards Devil Peak- you can't really go wrong here, andd if you do, you'll have fun anyway. Drop down into the 2nd Quarry around the edge for soem interesting tech riding. Don't fall to the right!!...From start to Blockhouse and back is a good hour and half at least!! Other recommended trails in the same area: Signal Hill- BoKaap to Kramat at top, Tokai, Karbonkelberg, Silvermine, Jonkershoek. Sea Point side of Signal Hill to waterfront( just for fun)

, from Cape Town Summary: Expect to climb , but at night it is not so bad ..cause you cant really see where the climb ends. Recommended Route: Well I ushally do this trail at night with lights , as at night the views of the city below are breath taking. Start at Deer park ,and head up to the cable car road, from hear go left all the way to the gate at the end of the tar road , use the stairs to go over the gate and then head back to deer park. This is a awsome night riding trial and i would recomend it to anyone new to the night riding experiance.

, from Cape Town Summary: An excellent ride within the city, with beautiful views of Cape Town and Table Mountain as a backdrop. Most of the trails are forestery tracks without many major obstacles. Recommended Route: Start in the Deer Park parking area and take any of the trails up.

, from Cologne (Germany) Summary: One can say that this trail is worth to mention because of the scenery you're driving through, not because of it's difficulty. You will have beautiful views over CT, and on Table Mountain. Be careful of the dogs that Capetonians take out for a walk there (especially in the evening). Recommended Route: There is no recommeded route, Just go where you like to go Other recommended trails in the same area: Jonkershoek, Tokai, Silvermine
