Whatever you like. Single track, technical stuff, lots of streams and stuff to play around in. Too many miles of tracks, bridleways and other little places to find, like bombholes in the woods. The toughest DH in the National Points series was held here too. (I dont know if it still is.) Theres something for everyone here. Ive been up today for the first time, and i cant wait to get back there tomorrow to find some more stuff.

Trail Directions	From Bingley, take the left at the traffic lights past the Brown Cow Pub. Follow the road all the way up until you come to the first mini roundabout. Go straight across the roundabout and take the first right turn (Just after the roundabout). Where the road starts climbing the hill, there is a stone entrance straight in front of you. That is St. Ives estate. Have Fun

Summary:
Just been up to St. Ives again today. Loads more trails found, also went down 'Altar Lane'. Wicked. Half way around my route i found a bit of forestry going on with loads of logs lying around. It was great for a bit of trials practice, though a bit hairy with my SPD's! All in all, its bloody brilliant.

Recommended Route:
Go wherever you like, bit i set off up the hill through the golf club car park and up right to the top of the hill. Its a killer climb but the view from the top is awesome, and you allways get to come back down again which is allways fun!
