Weekend Warrior Summary: Lots more work has been done on the downhill course making it longer and more exiting, lots of xc trails have been made entertaining any cyclist for a day. Feel free to come up and help, ask me for our dig days at the shop or via email. Recommended Route: Top to bottom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or the single track circuits. Other recommended trails in the same area: Totally diggin the Scale Fell ride (The 4play signature ride at the moment) cool

, from Walsall Summary: Great course still being built, a bit of everything, big floating jumps, thight off chamber, open switch backs and loads of xc in and around the area. Fast in the dry hard in the wet and a great shop down the road with spares, drinks and choclate (4 play cycles in Cockermouth) Recommended Route: Straight down!!!

, from aspatria Summary: fast as hell in the dry!!slippery as hell in the wet!!still being fine tuned(anyone welcome to contribute)should be better when we can get more materials from the forrestry!! Recommended Route: at the bottom were you park the car follow the fire road up and left till you pass the track then follow the track but listen for any other riders!! Other recommended trails in the same area: top secret!!youll have to ask nice!!
