a wide range of trails from fast straights through the pine woods, down hills through the golf course and tight VERY technical riding through the old cannal and rail way system's. Through out the trails you will find Rocks, tree routes, scree slopes, loose graval tracks and a few tarmaked roads.

Summary:
I used to ride round Haw Park about 10 years ago when I first got into mountain biking. Good for beginners, nice smooth fireroads, but nothing to write home about.

Recommended Route:
All over Haw Park

Summary:
this trail is not really a trail because you go and ride free!!!! with loads of cool fire roads you cant half pic up a bit of speed but as you get further into the wood it all gets a bit more like a proper trail with jumps ditches and evan the old canal. if you want to know any more about the haw park wood area just e-mail me : jon_hillcrest@hotmail.com

Recommended Route:
Just go and make your own route!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summary:
A Series of trails for any age and ability, you need to find your own way through most of it though there are sign posts for walkers wich are good for cross country although I rareley attemp the Canal And railways in the winter because theres slightly too much mud!(a bit slippy)

Recommended Route:
I ride round the lakes, starting with the Botany then the "res" Followed by the low lake To warm up (bout 40 mins) Then climb through the woods to turn left at the gate and down a fast straight dirt road, through the golf corse For some rather demanding technical work through the trees and stream's followed by a roast beef dinner in the squires tea room after cooling down by a lap of the "anglers" lake.
