The trail is quite technical with a wicked mix of nice steady climbs and shit hot down hills. Lovely scenery of the River Wye and the old dears playing bowels.

Trail Directions
Hereford is situated near the Welsh Boarder....but don't let that put you off, like. Head for the city center then look for signs for the swimming baths or 'leasure pool' as it is now more fashionably known. you will probably get away with not payin, like!! Once there park up and get out your bike out of the car and put the wheels on. You would be ammazed how many people don't.

Not bad for a city trail to keep fitness up during the week and if u dont want to get ur bike muddy! Limited fun and very easy to run over the odd old age pensioner!Whatever floats ur boat!

Recommended Route:
Some rough ground to be found alomg the banks of the wye on the wye valley walk by bartonsham farm and the quarry at tupsley otherwise head out of town to the woods!
