Downhiller Summary: fast and flowing, fairly easy up hill sections, excellent hips and some nice rocky drop offs. Best bet is to go when it's dry, can be a bit of a chore in the wet, then again! what isn't!
I just wish all these man made trails weren't so off camber, in the dry it's ok, but in the wet- a death trap. Recommended Route: Whites Level Other recommended trails in the same area: All the routes in Port Talbot are really good and far more challenging than Cwm Carn- which is in the same area- approx 40 miles east.

, from Swansea Summary: Two cracking trails, both well thought out, well maintained and well sign-posted. A real gem of a spot close to both Cardiff and Swansea. Other recommended trails in the same area: Cwmcarn. Also see '9ft.com'.
