, from Cardiff Summary: Nice track to do if you just want to stretch your legs. Nice steady climb to the top with a Long fast but easy downhill along the grass and then a quirky cross country ride to get back to the car. Recommended Route: Use a os map to get you directions right. On the decent look out for optional steep sections that would lead you to the same place. Wear long shorts or be prepared for plenty of nettle stings. Other recommended trails in the same area: Do the Minton Batch decent in the morning and this in the afternoon, If your still alive do the Minton batch again.
