Weekend Warrior Summary: Pole Cott
Slightly different to the Minton Batch decent. It can be a bit faster, but unfortunately over quicker! Recommended Route: The best way to get to this is to go up through the forest at Priors Holt - once your at the top you need to get past the Gliders club and onto the little road that runs over the top of the Mynd 'Jack Mytton Way' It's on the map.
This descent starts off the road on a trail through the bracken, over some open land and down a steep grass section - then up again. Once you complete this you stand on a path next to a tree witht he valley to your right. This is where things begin.
I have been meaning to try out Ashes Hollow, but never found the top of it! Would be interested to hear of any thoughts on that descent
A left hander sinfle track speeds you up and reminds you of the Alps, it S's through onto the sheep path that will eventually throw you down to the campsite at the bottom of the hill. This route is characterised by speed and heavy banking, it won't make your ears pop, but it's worth a visit.

, from Cardiff Summary: Tried it for the first time this weekend.
A track not to be missed, by far one of the best decents I've done.
We had two falls within the group, non serious but the technical nature of the track means you have to be alert all the time.
The fire track up the hill is nice and steady and should not be a problem for most.
"a gem of a track".as stated by the author of the review on mtbbritan.
The same route but named Church Stretton loop 2. Other recommended trails in the same area: Gliders - Jack Mytton Way decent
